We just updated our TST environment to Update 9 of Apps 10. In doing some testing, we noticed the Characteristics tab on the Inventory Part screen is no longer available, but the Inventory Part Characteristics screen and the Find Inventory Part by Characteristics Assistant is still available. Wondering if anyone else has seen this when updating?

Double check all of your grants for Presentation Objects and forms related to this object. It is not uncommon on updates for views and packages to have the grants dropped because something changed and require the permissions to be regranted. If they get dropped in the update, they will get dropped across all permissions. We setup a super permission set and grant all objects to it at the start of the update so that the IT / Upgrade testing team can have a full view, then you have to troubleshoot and repair individual permissions.
