Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to create a new button in IFS page, let’s say Work Order. When user click on the button, we need to send an email. This email should contain some information from Work Order page and also it should have the attachments ( docs and media) connected to that work order. Is this possible via BPA flow?

I was able to send the email but having hard time attaching the documents and media.

While sending emails through workflows is supported, sending attachments via workflows is currently not supported.

Good to know that it is not supported currently and Thanks for the response. Do you have any idea whether Product Development team is working on this item for future release?
