Hi community,

One of our users came across the following error when trying to initialize the MWO Services app in IFS Cloud. I’ve tried looking into this any haven’t come across much information. Does anyone know what may cause this error or how to go about fixing it?

The user logged in again and the app has been trying to initialize for over 4 hours. They have successfully logged into the app and used it in the past, but recently had been asked to sync again because the database configuration had changed.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks.

@JacJL can you get your user to logout and disconnect before logging in again?

A 503 error code generally indicates that the server is not available and responding. Is your user connecting via VPN? I’d check the VPN connectivity too in that case.

Can you also confirm that your other users can connect and sync successfully?

Best regards,

Rukmal
