With PSO (in a stand alone) installation, Customers / Prospects may need a component (mobile application) for the field.
We send activites in the application, and the technician gives updates about the tour and each activities : on route, on site, started, etc.
This can also be used in the debrief or work rder report.
Do we have this component in PSO in addition to the backend and the engine ?

+23PSO itself doesn’t provide an app. The only thing built for the resource is: The Itinerary view is intended to provide an end resource user (i.e. a user who is also a resource in the schedule) with a view of their current workload. They can also perform basic actions such as logging on and progressing the status of an activity.
See. PSO Workbench User Guide>Scheduling - Itinerary. The other alternative is PSO with IFS Cloud and the MWO app.

The itineray view can be used in a smartphone/Tablet or not ?
Is it a responsive ?
Do you know customers who uses APK with PSO ? (not MWO application because I think this application doesn’t work if the customer use SAP or dynamics or other application like that)
