IFS Cloud Trip Tracker iPhone Calendar

I have a user that is using Trip Tracker for cloud on his iPhone and we’ve noticed an unusual behavior. When selecting a date from the calendar, it puts the date as the day before. The only way to get the real date is to select the day after the date you want to select. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there something I can do on my end to fix it? It seems to only be happening in iPhone at the moment. The only difference between the iPhone trip tracker and android is that android prompts for date and time while iphone only prompts for date. Any help is much appreciated.

I have never heard about this issue before and I suggest that you report this to IFS, so it can be investigated.

A couple of things to add when reporting the problem

  • Is it only one user that has this problem or does other user using iPhones having this problem?
  • Which version of the Trip Tracker Cloud App are you using?
  • Which iOS Version is installed on the user’s device?

Hi @JOOLSE I opened a ticket as you instructed and we were able to determine that this behavior happens when selecting a date in the past on any iPhone.
