In a current project, there is a need to have regular Administrators and Administrators with no grants access to : permission sets / users creation and management.
In order to check the feasibility, we created a copy of the FND_ADMIN permission set i.e. FND_ADMIN_TEST and took out the activities related to the management of permission sets / user creation and management.
Is there any advice agaisnt such procedure ? Even if we created a copy of the FND_ADMIN permission set to perform the modifications, I just want to make sure we re on the right path :
After import of the FND_ADMIN_TEST on our internal APPS10 environment, I see this message appearing, I don’t understand the meaning of it, does it mean whatever modification we do on this permission set, it will become unusable once installed on the PROD environment ?
