Hello, wondering if someone might be able to help is there a way to setup in IFS Cloud for example Overtime would only kick in after the Employee has done 40hrs for example in a week?

We asked about that during our implementation, and we were told no, IFS Cloud doesn’t have the capability to calculate OT on a weekly basis, only on a daily basis (as in, more than 8 hours in a day counts as OT).  I’m processing payroll through a different HRIS and manually changing anything over 40 hours to OT when I import time from IFS to our HRIS.

A weekly view of overtime worked is possible. This consideration can be mapped via a configuration in the calculation formulas. To do this, a valuation record is created for one day of the week (e.g. Sunday?). The previous week is then considered on the Sunday and the overtime is then calculated using the calculation rule and the result wage types are entered in the time card.
