Hi Expertise, I'm currently experiencing an issue with one of our internal environments where the MWO app is displaying an error message upon access.
So far, I have:
- Reinstalled the Touch App service.
- Checked for any disk utilization issues on the hosted servers.
- Restarted the servers.

Following error message I can see in the logs,

However, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found an alternative solution? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
