Hello,

 

We have got a small subsidiary for which we want to use only the finance functionnality of IFS (No project management, no PO)

Any body has ever be in this situation ?

​@DMTCCAN I worked for a customer that only implemented the financial module of IFS (Fixed Assets / Payments / Instant Invoice / Supplier Invoice / GL including lots of manual vouchers :)). There’s no issue in doing that. If later you decide you need to do inventory transactions in that company, you simply create the missing masterdata (site/parts) and you’re good to go.

    Hello.

     

    This should not be any issue what so ever.

    If there are no Sites connected to the subsidiary, no PO can be done.

    If you don’t want to use the Project Management, that is no issue.

    If you are setting up the code parts, that might need to be taken into account so that you don’t connect code parts as Project and so on.
