I am running into a background job warning that is halting machine downtime information (pulled from an outside source) from showing up in Shop Floor Clocking.
The warning message, although points me in the right direction, seems incomplete. It doesn't stop the information from being retrieved into IFS, but it does not appear within the clocking screen which plays a part in overhead transactions and such. Any advice?
The log we have withing IFS from the 3rd party tool shows the machine timestamps but when the column “Downtime Recorded” is unchecked, this means it did not transfer to Shop Floor Clocking.
