Time Card - Confirm

Hello,

Has anyone noticed when you confirm days in time card under the day info, the results disappear.
Our client has IFS Cloud 24.1.7
Does anyone know what causes this or if it will be fixed in an update?

Hi,

I think it's because you're working on a future week, your question is dated 03/01 and the entry is 07/01.

I hoped that would be the case, but it did the same thing even if I was working days from the past.

Hi,


The time-based Job Hour Controlled Wage Hours cannot be combined with clockings. In such cases, the employee must register job hours that cover the entire normal working time.


To resolve this, configure the following settings:

  • Set the Time Registration Time Base to Clocking Controlled Wage Hours.

  • Set the Time Base to Generated Results.

  • In Employee Cycle Schedules, ensure that Day Type Dependent is set to YES.
