Since today morning IFSAPP user is showing the jobs from only one end user. No issues from the IFSADMIN login.

Any idea why this is happening?

Tried clearing the query

Clearing the IFSAPP profile
Clearing APP data cache.

But issue remains the same.

I assigned the FND_ADMIN user permission to IFSAPP. Then it started working fine.

But in normal process you dont have to assign IFSAPP any permission sets.

Then I removed FND ADMIN the permission set from IFSAPP and cleared all cache levels (From app).

Now it's working without any issue.

Still, I have no idea what the root cause is

@Kavindu911 The question is somewhat unclear. Based on the provided information, I am wondering if there might be any issues with the permission sets.

Yes, since today morning the IFSAPP account doesn't have some areas of access.

As an example - It doesn't have access to some companies.

It seems somehow the permissions are merged with an end user permission set.

But when I ran a query on PLSQL it shows the data without any issue.

@Kavindu911 Try exporting all permission sets for the IFSAPP user from the same customer in a different environment and importing them into the current environment.
