Hi @sarahk

There are multiple supervisors displayed because all the supervisors are connected one position.

Lets take like this for example. I'm working as Accountant in an organisation and according to the hierarchy Senior accountant position is my superior position so is my supervisor.

But your seeing multiple supervisors because there are many employees connected to the Senior Accountant position. So If you review the employee file of the supervisor employees you would notice this and you can re-assign them to different positions and keep only the right supervisor

Hi @Dharshankumaar Mahendran

Our Scenario is

There are 2 supervisors (a,b) with Manager position and 10 employees(1-10) with Employee position

and the organization are also different as shown below

When we are enabling the Include Subordinate option we can see 2 supervisors for each employee

If we are not enabling the Include Subordinate option we cant see any data in supervisor column

“Our requirment is we should have one supervisor for each employee”

@sarahk : Check the organization and Position assignment for manager Toman & Lllan, are they assigned to same org code? It must be separate org code for both

Hi @Dharshankumaar Mahendran @vickyrohilya

Thanks for the support

we have modified the data by creating separating different org codes and assigning single supervisor for each org code

Could you please help me with another query

After modifying the data business suggested to delete the  old org code as we our plan is to move all the resources to new org codes and new structure

But when we are trying to delete the org code’s the absence time card data is linked (Time card result and Time Card Interval) Can you please suggest the best approach for data repair

Bonjour,

When restructuring a company's organization chart, it is advisable to set an end date. Deletion is not possible in your case because there have been several transactions with these organization codes (transactions; time, expenses and absences).

Hi @Ouahiba Dorbane

If we set the end date as today for old org code and start date as tomorrow for new org ,even in this scenario we cant delete the old org code as linked to time card

  • if we changed the org code in the time card via migration job with new org code will it impact anywhere in PSO?

Can any one suggest the best approach for my scenario please

We have restructure the org structure after the Go live .As now we want to shift the users to new Org Structures we are unable to delete the old org Structure as Time Card Interval and Time Card Results data are linked

Can you suggest the best approach where we can change the old org code in Interval/Result to new Org code
