Hi All,

Issue: “http://localhost/IFSPSOWorkbench” keeps loading.

  • Created a separate user
  • Created separate databases for each service
  • Installed PSO using the installer (Windows Server 2022, SQL Server, Chrome)

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Cheers,

The issue was it is missing “AspNetCoreModuleV2” which has added through the config file.
Solution: Installed AspNetCoreModuleV2

Hi Darshana,

did you check if the Installer.log (inside the Installation Folder in “Setup” folder) included any errors, e.g. when activating the required IIS features? Also check, if .NET Core was installed properly by the Installer.

Best regards
Roman

Hi!

You can find logs for each PSO Service in the Windows Events. Can you check if there is anything logged for the PSO Workbench and/or Windows IIS Server Role? Further, you can filter the Windows Application logs for .net framework related Events.

Best regards
Roman
