Apps10 Aurena - Navigator database error

Hi,

We’ve recently began using Aurena in Apps10 for some departments, rather than EE, but we have an intermittent issue where users see this error when they log in sometimes.

Database error occurred. Contact administrator.

 

Url: …...main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ClientNavigator.svc/LoadNavigatorMain(ScopeId='global')

The navigator does not load at all, forcing users to log out and back in.

We’ve raised a support case, but wondering if anyone has encountered this before?
