We have some shipped customer orders in the system, but unfortunately, the item costs are incorrect. Is there a way to update the costs for these item numbers so that the orders reflect the correct amounts?

the cost you see in customer order are the part cost which are calculated. A new calcualtion (inkluding copy the calculated cost set to cost set 1) will update the cost and inventory value in general.
But as I know, IFS will not update cost in customer order which is also correct (maybe only if the order has an early status like plannend or released, but with first inventroy transaction for sure IFS will not update the cost/inventory value).
So I guess it will be not possibel to update cost.
