Information Sources Used

There isn't a direct way to check what are the Information Sources that have been used BR reports. But you can load the report design and check what are the Information Sources that have been used to design the report from the document action pane.
 

Further, you can check whether QFACTs are available in the Select Information Sources pane which appears when navigating to the design mode. However, having the QFACTs in this pane does not necessarily indicate that they have been used in a report design.
