When creating a purchase order with multiple purchase order lines with the same purchase parts (with different order dates (on call contract), IFS is calculating the price per purchase order line. Is it possible that IFS can calculate the price based on the total quantity of that purchase part in that specific purchase order.

Example

Purchase order 1

  • line 1: part A, quantity 100, date X
  • line 2: part A quantity 100 date Y

Supplier for purchase part A has price list example

  • min lot size 100 → price 1 euro
  • min lot size 200 → price 0.5 euro

Currently each purchase order line has a price of 1 euro each

The total quantity within purchase order 1 is 200, so each item should get the price of 0.5 euro

Any suggestions?

kind regards,

You should be able to perform a Consolidated Price Calculation in the header, either through a right-click in EE or the Pricing button in Cloud.
