Application message says "You do not have access to create documents of class"

Hi Community,

We have an issue that some EInvoice ends up as failed in AppMess “You do not have access to create documents of class”.
All is read by the same User from the same folder with the same BizApi.
What is wrong or how do I start to my investigation?

Hi @alhmafa ,

Please check whether the user is added to the relevant document class from the “Document Class Management” window > “Persons and Groups” tab.

Thank you Arosha for the Reply;

The Document class is “INVOICE”

The group “FINANCE” has “Admin Access” in to the Doc Class “INVOICE”

And the user “IFSCONNECT” is a member of the group “FINANCE”:

 

As in the first screenshot there are 24 created invoices but one failed, all are done by the same BizAPI

 

Is there something I am missing?
