Doc Class is not populating when attaching a document from MWO App

Hi Experts,

 

I am encountering an issue while attaching a document to a Work Order in the Apps 9 MWO App.

The 'Doc Class' field is marked as mandatory, but when I attempt to search for it, no records are found.

 

I have checked the object connections, and it is available for LU ActiveSeparate.

I also reviewed the permission sets assigned to the user and confirmed that the 'Document_Attachment' permission set has been granted.

Could you kindly provide any insights into this issue and advise on any other parameters that may be required to perform this action?"

 

Client version: 9.0.62.0

Server version: 6.90.22.0
