as mentioned in the instructions, you can use SQL Import/Export Wizard to cleans the mentioned tables. In addition, you can use the truncate script provided with the Installation Files ("\mxserv\DatabaseData\<DatabaseType>\FSM6_Truncation.zip") to truncate operational data.
