Has anyone successfully set an output file directory path to SharePoint? We are trying to set our Payment Method per Payment Institute Output File Directory to our SharePoint site and we keep getting the below error when creating the payment order.

We have been working with our internal IT team and we’re using the correct file path and the user has access to the folder. Does IFS need to have access to the folder? Is that the root of the issue?

We are on APPS10 UPD16 and we are not using Active Directory integration for our users.

Hi @SaraCrank

The issue turned out to be a permissions issue within Active Directory.

Users seemingly have to be setup in an AD group/folder which when they are included grants them rights to access the Output File Directories specified in IFS.

For an example; If  a user tries to Create a Payment Order (and is not a member of the AD AP group) then the fie creation will fail and the Information Message is displayed.

If this response helps you, please mark it as the correct answer, as it will also assist other community members in future.

Regards

Chanuka

@Chanu_Yazi - Does the person have to be a part of a group? Right now I know the person has access to the folder where the files need to go. I’d need to verify with my IT team if that access is given by being part of a group or by the individual.

Hi @Chanu_Yazi - We tested this last week and it didn’t work. Do we need to use Single Sign on?
