When using the distribution assistant by following the right click-->document distribution path from the document revision screen, the list is always empty for persons and groups. why is it caused? Does anyone have any information?
checked the following headings.
“inactive for document distribution” option is not checked for all persons.
All persons are defined in Document Management\Basic Data\Persons screen.

yes, when you click the search button when the list is empty, it still does not bring any data. But when you search %KEVS%, it brings the relevant data. Then when you delete %KEVS% and click the search button again, it brings all the data. I think there is a bug.

It kind of sounds like a bug, yes. Perhaps you can work around it by simply typing % before searching, to get all persons?
The reason the list is not populated from start is performance, by the way.
