Unsynchronized Documents

Recently in the Application Monitoring console we have noticed a large number of unsynchronised application search documents.  I am able to bring up the details of these but have not yet found a way to synchronise them and clear the system alert.

 We are on Apps10 update 20.  

All of the scheduled database tasks around document management appear to be running without error, but none of these clear the growing issue.

Any ideas on how to resolve this are appreciated.

Are these scheduled tasks active?

Yes, these are active and scheduled to run every 30 minutes, and running without error.
