Im looking to check is there a way to restrict that only 1 assigned buyer can raise Purchase Orders for a specific maintenance order or work order ?

I have checked and observed that the system is allowing to create a new PO with no restrictions.
One option is to control this from Page Designer, allowing only the authorised users could see the “Requisition to Order” command and create POs.
Or else, you will have to go for a customization. Setting a flag to a set of predefined Buyers who have the authority for this PO creation, and when other Buyers try to create the PO from this flow an error is preventing them.
