I need your advice on a scenario.
For our client in 23R1 cloud version we are creating a fresh new order report. We would be creating new model file. All other components like RDF , Layout will also be created newly.
Is this considered as Modification or Configuration (In terminology of CRIM) ?
My understanding is that it is not modification as we are not touching the core.
Can you please let me know your thoughts on this.
