Users can't print advance invoice

Hi all, we’re having an issue where users can’t print advance invoices (the users have Full access to the CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling projection).

What’s happening: 

  • User navigates to Sales > Invoicing > Customer Invoice > <the invoice>
  • User clicks on `Share` button
  • User sees one of two messages, depending on the invoice (which seem closely linked):
    • User <username> is not granted access to the Report CUSTOMER_ORDER_ADV_IVC_REP
    • You are not allowed to execute the Report - Advance Invoice

Both of these seem to indicate that the user lacks permissions for the Customer Order Advance Invoice Operational Report. However, I don’t know how to give them this permission - there’s nothing obvious in the Report Definition page for that report that suggests I can give specific permissions for it (I’ve assumed that if users had access to the calling projection, then that was all they needed).

Any suggestions?

This is the Projection that needs to be granted in Cloud to give access to this Operational Report:

 

 

Operational Reports in Cloud each get their own projection, there’s not a single projection that grants access to all reports or not :)
