We are using Apps 10. We have had several instances of shop order requisitions that are fixed inside the Planning Time Fence disappearing one day and then, once MS is re calculated (normally a schedule overnight job) MS supply then pops up outside of the PTF to ‘correct' it, often that is leaving us with gaps in the production plan and also gaps in supply because of it. Is this a bug? Is it because they aren’t being converted to shop orders quick enough?

Can you update me with:
Fixed and Proposed MS receipts up to DTF are set to zero within the MS Level 1 calculation
Fixed and Proposed Sub MS receipts up to DTF are removed within the MS Level 1 calculation
We will see where we end here….perhaps you have to enter a support case.

On the site where the shop order requisitions are disappearing (our main manufacturing site) the demand time fence is 0 and the PTF varies some parts are 88 days and some are 188 days.
No the MS receipt disappears inside the PTF and then pops up later outside the PTF.
I cannot answer the Sub MS receipts tab question at the moment as the planner has had to manually correct the issue so our MRP data is correct for buyers and I don’t normally use this screen.
It will be hard to try to ‘see’ what is happening now it’s been corrected as it’s not every day and we would have to take screenshots of multiple parts/sites on ms level 1 every day ‘in case’ it happens again.
