Connect Business Reporter to IFS Cloud 24R1

Hi Everyone,

Following error will appearing while connecting to the IFS Cloud instance. IAM client setup is done as per the technical documentation.

Hi @TopDeepaW,

Seems like the created manifest has some issues. Can you please re-create the manifest file and re-check?

Hi @TopDeepaW 

Verify if multiple versions of Business Reporter are installed on the user’s machine. If so, ensure only one version remains installed.

If there is only one version, proceed with a reinstallation of Business Reporter.

  1. If you don’t have the correct version of the BR client, first install it via add-on section of your landing page.
  1. Check the IAM client setup for the business reporter.

Did you ever get your issue with BR resolved? I am getting this same error message when trying to connect to Cloud BR.

I confirmed the other actions but I don’t know what the manifest file is that you mentioned, or where to find it.

Thank you for confirming. Based on my understanding, if you have only one installation, it seems that a previous uninstallation or the current installation was not completed properly.

I recommend uninstalling the current version and reinstalling it to resolve the issue.
