Question

One Warehouse Task for Customer and Shop Order Picking

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hello everyone,
Currently we are using Warehouse Tasks for Customer Order Picklist, however in the near future we would like to introduce Shop Order Picking as Warehouse Tasks (Tasks processed via WaDaCo)
Is there an easy way to mix both processes into one Warehouse Task for one Order Number?

Thanks all,
Michal

Customer Order Pick Lists and Shop Order Pick lists are 2 different types in warehouse task handling and they have their own Order Numbers so I don’t think you can “mix them”.

The Start Warehouse Task template configuration (1) in wadaco is already supporting it to jump either Customer Order Pick List or Shop Order Pick List or Transport Task handling. So if you look a bit on the template configuration you will see all necessary settings it have to jump to the different warehouse task types, if you maybe have removed the settings for Shop Order Pick List in your current configuration.

Hi @michal.mendyk, As I understand, your requirement is to process multiple types of warehouse tasks i.e. customer order pick lists, shop order pick lists together in one warehouse task. Is that right? I dont think such aggregation can be done - so there will be multiple tasks for each category of types is my understanding.
