Are the Max Travel Time, Max Travel To and Max Travel From fields on Scheduling Resources available for use in Dispatch Console without PSO?
For example, when we schedule work orders for resources we want their travel time to be shown on Dispatch Console and the work order start time to be moved according to the required travel time.

No, they are PSO only. Have a look at IFS Cloud - Scheduling demystified (24R1) | IFS Community, chapter Direct Assignment vs. Dispatch Console vs. PSO, I have put together some of the scheduling capabilities and whether they are available in DC and/or PSO.
