Hi All,
We would like to log more communications with our Customers in IFS.
So far we found Business mail and Business Activity's and this looks great for Business Lead and Business opportunity's, but it seems unable to connect those to customer orders or an project.
Hope someone can give me some advice. How do others log ther communication about a customer order in IFS?
Currently using IFS10 IEE
