Hi  Experts,

We do have a requirement where in the survey answers we need to validate whether the answer is between 1-20 value.

Can we set this up from survey or is there any work around to achieve this?

Thanks,

Heshala.

Hi,

Please check if you can use an input mask for this. Masks are supported only in Open ended type questions. When a mask is added to the question, user has to follow the format defined in the mask when answering.

Other than that, I don’t see a way to achieve this via configurations.

Thanks

Sampath

Hi,

That is the problem. When the mask is added, user has to follow it so no way to stop in between.

Why do you need to assure the entered value is in between 1-20? You can use confirm answer option, if you want to ensure the entered answer is correct.

Thanks

If the answer is a whole number then you could use a multiple-choice question with answers 1 to 20

Other than that there is no additional validation. Please add as an Idea

Cheers
