Hi,

I am wondering what the Case ID column is used for under Customer Order/References tab, please see below. The help function does not give me any information.

Hello @randi.tofting I think this is referring the object connected in the Case (Call center functionality when we perform the handover).

IFS help text

Case ID:
The unique identity of the case from where the customer order was created as a handover reference.
