Bold font not enabled in report designer

@InfNaijBa what do you mean? You can’t see the bold option (B) in Report Designer? Or?

Please provide more info so that someone could help you out.

@InfNaijBa this is indeed very strange. Normally if the field in the layout is selected you should be able to apply bold / italic properties. Does this behaviour happen for all layouts or just this one? Which IFS Report Designer version are you using? I’m using 200.2.0001 and I don’t experience this issue.

The version is 200.3.0000. Our team is accessing this tool in IFS citrix developer desktop only. Only a few members are facing this issue, its working fine for others. ☹️

@Charith Epitawatta is this something you’ve heard of before?

I faced the same issue today but for me it was a case of missing font in my local machine. When I selected the font Arial then it was working fine.
