We are working fine with M type voucher, but when we are uploading external Q type vouchers, I encountered below error, does it mean external file in IFS only works with M type voucher?

I suggest you create another load type with Q voucher in this window and then when loading Q vouchers pick the load type that belongs to the Q voucher.

Hi,
You should be able to load Q vouchers.
Please check External Voucher basic Data to confirm you have Q voucher setup with a load type.
Not sure if you are loading the voucher type in your file -- if so ..make sure you only have 1 voucher type referenced per file.

below is the window for external voucher basic data. looks like we do have voucher type M only.
so you suggest either we have below 2 options, correct?
- delete below basic data will allow system upload whatever the voucher type it is.
- delete below M voucher type, and create Q voucher type basic data
