We are using:
IFS Cloud Web version: 22.2.10.20230705163153.0
IFS OData provider version: 22.2.10.20230705114338.0
In a customized Pl/SQL Package we are using approval_routing_api.Notify_Group_Members and approval_routing_api.Notify_Users to generate notifications for specific steps in specific times.
It is working fine having the module Inventory Part for example. and the Part_No is included in the email contents.
The needed modification is to have the Part Description included as well. Is there any way to have such a customization without touching the IFS Standard Packages?
