When creating a Project, the currency rate that applies is based on the company; however, we need transactions to occur based on the Customer’s currency code. We have entered the pricing for USD rates, but transactions on the Project Transaction screen is still showing as EUR. Is there a field that allows us to change the currency rate so all transactions occur in USD?

Yes, if you open the Customer screen and go to the Project Report Parameters tab, there is a field called ‘Currency Code’:
The currency you specify here will be used by default as the sales currency for any project transactions entered for this customer.
In case you have individual projects for the customer that should have a different sales currency, you can specify that currency in the ‘Currency Code’ field in the Project/Pricing info as per your screenshot (fifth field down) to override the customer currency.
