Navigator node translations

Hi all,

is it possible, to translate a Navigator node entry?

After adding a custom page as an Navigator entry it is saved in english (User language = en). After access with same user in german (User language = de) the Navigator entry is still in english and not in german.

The view on the right side is translated correctly, the Navigator entry not.

Is there any other way than using two basic profiles (de, en) to make the right setting/translation?

Looking forward for a feedback.

Br,

Jan

Hi - Does the link in the following IFS Doc help?

Translate a Configured navigator node

See Translations in Configurations for information on how to add translations to configured items.

Hi @Vicky Brookes

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately,  my question belongs to a Apps 10 environment. Here the procedure to translate is different to procedure in Apps 10.

Hey, this is a bit late, but sharing for others:
If the navigator isn’t getting translated, you’ll need to rescan the translatable code (on Scan translatable code page) and make sure that the navigator-functional_Cust.xml file is included. You can find it in the source/client folder
