I have an issue with onboarding process.
I created onboarding template for new employee and assigned it to structure.
I create new employee. Onboarding template is chosen correctly in wizard
But no onboarding program is assigned to employee.
Where is the problem?

This was a bug already in IFS 10 Aurena and probably the same in IFS Cloud. We have reported a case and it is planned to be corrected.

I see it is 3 years old case. Do you have any information when it will be released because it is very important for our customer to be resolved.

+14How do you mean it is a 3 year old case? This KB was created 13 days ago?
It will be corrected in update 21 for IFS 10 so I guess in 23R2 for Cloud. I do not have a patch ID so I can see if it is ready and available for single patch.
