Line Sequence on customer Order

Hi,

Is there anyway for a user to control the numbering of the lines under Line No in Customer Order Lines in the Cloud?  At time of entry, the user can populate the Line No and Del No, but once they save the lines, IFS takes over and the lines are put into a different sequence.
