We create a StopPSO-Cut attribute and place it on the job codes that we want removed from the technician's timeline (PSO Pic))
We waited 5 min and it only worked when we forced it manually: (PSO Pic 1)
Whenever we do this manually, it is reflected in System Tasks
We then configured “ System Tasks – Schedule “ to auto update every 1 minute. The “Run History” shows the routine was run but it did not not update the PSO: PSO Pic (2)
Why is not MWM configuration working automatically the same it is working manually?
