Crystal runtime files not available on add-ons page

Can you please check if your IFS 10 licene includes Crystal Web Services, as the links should apear on the Add-Ons page?

Also, you can check under IFS instance Home directory:

Example: E:\IFS\DEV10\instance\DEV10

The crystl component appear to be Installed.

The crystal web services files does not exist under ifs instance home directory

You need to reach out to your IFS Account Manager to review what is included under the existing software license.
