Hi Community.
On the request contract in created an invoice plan to invoice every day and I check the box “allow batch invoicing”. I created a contract line, linked to this invoice plan, with a sales parts. My goal is then to have a batch that create my invoice every time my invoice period is completed.
In service management, it is possible to use “invoicing of service contract”. So I complete all the information, with the right ID contract, and press finish. My database process is working well but on my request contract my invoice is not created.
For information, I am working on IFS 22R2 SU9.
Is there any possibility to create a batch to invoice on request contract ? Is this “invoicing of service contract” working as designed ? Is this functionnality will be available in future release.
