WaDaCo app - access to previous versions

Forum|alt.badge.img+3

We are implementing cloud in stages and the wadaco element is now due. We are currently on 22R1 and when we are testing devices, we are unable to get them to work as the app is asking for the latest IFS version.

We won’t be going live on this so are concerned about how the app will work.

Is there any advice available for installing an older version of the app  that will work with 22R1 please?

Hi

I found the following two posts in community

and

Hi @Tea Man Dan, WaDaCo (aka Scan It) and the other IFS Cloud mobile apps are all backwards compatible, so when you install the latest app from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Windows Store, it works with IFS Cloud environments ranging from 21R2 to 23R1.

Can you share more information about the prompt you mention please? It’ll be good to also know the exact SU level you’re on, and which platform you’re trying to install on.

Thanks,

Rukmal

Hi Rukmal, thanks for replying.

The problem is the devices show

“Error

ProcessCard_ProcessCard_Details: Failed to read expression value from record.HasSubMenu”

When the IT team looked into it they said ti was down to version control.
