I have a requirement from my client to manage retention on Customer orders. I know that this is possible on Sales contract on IFS. Is there a way to manage retention on customer order as well?

We don't have retention functionality in customer order. One possible work around would be using stage billing in customer order.
As I don't know the exact requirement presuming a simply final retention scenario where you can set retention as a final billing stage with the retention percentage so that you can invoice the initial stage once products are delivered and final retention can be approved and invoiced upon customer confirmation of delivery.
