Hi
- Go to the Application Parameters screen in the IFS Cloud
- Search for Parameter ‘SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK’
- Set the value to ‘FALSE’
After that initialize the mobile application and you may see the New Work option.

I am not sure why the values is set to FALSE, though it should be TRUE. But as per the core functionality the New Work works when this sets to FALSE.

HI Feng,
ServiceEng App now supports both New Requests and New Work Orders .
The app parameter ‘SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK’ controls which one you want use.
This is why you see New Service Request option when the parameter is set to TRUE.
