Undo customer order delivery - Location Type Shipment Not Valid for Part

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

Hi Everyone,

When trying to undo a customer order delivery, we are receiving an error saying that ‘Location type Shipment is not valid for part’

This is confusing as the part was shipped out of the Shipment location in the first place.

Does anyone have any experience with this error?

Hi,

As there is consignment consumption (along with CO-OESHIP, there will also be a COSUPCONSM), you would have to use the RMA flow to take parts back.

You will find the following thread useful.

Hope this helps,

Update, some of the material shipped was consignment owned at the time of shipping. and has a transaction code of CO-OESHIP
