How to set up a "4 weeks on and 4 weeks off" calendar?

I have created a Schedule for a Period length = 56 days with the following pattern:

4 weeks (28 days)  with Day Type: 24 hours work in 2 shifts
and 
4 weeks with Day Type:  Non-working days (0 hour).

When I generate a calendar, it is just containing the working hours.

Non-working hours are not generated for the 5th to 8th weeks.
