Hello everyone, I am working in a shipment module but when I was using IFS test and when I go to IFS production the menu option in customer order window is different than IFS test. somebody know how can I turn this on or what I need to do to have the same menu. I need create new shipment, connect to open shipment in IFS production as I have in IFS test. see pictures below, please.

The Right Mouse Button options you are referring are not standard ones, right?
If so, then I assume they are customized options, either inserted by a customization or with custom menus. So then, first you need to know if such options or customizations are already implemented in PROD. Once they are installed, I guess it’s a matter of giving permissions or enable the options for your user role.
